This is one of those songs that I could listen to over and over again because of it’s beat.  When it comes on my iPod while I’m running, it gives me an extra spring in my step.  I was recently working in my kitchen and it came on.  That time, I was able to really listen to it’s lyrics.  What a good message!

Maybe I’m a big dreamer.  Maybe my aspirations to motivate the world one tasty life at a time are far out of reach.  Or maybe . . . just maybe, we’ll learn from each other, grow happier and healthier together, and always remember you get ONE LIFE . . . so cherish it my friends.
